Important Notice – Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads and online content, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please ensure you read product descriptions, previews, or samples carefully before purchasing.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

  • Does not function as expected

If this applies to your purchase, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or assistance. These rights cannot be excluded by our policy.

When We Can Offer Support or a Solution

While digital products are non-refundable, we’re here to help if you experience:

Trouble downloading or accessing your product? Contact us within 7 days and we’ll help resolve it.

🔹 Incorrect Product Delivered
If a system error caused the wrong product to be sent, please notify us within 7 days and we’ll correct it promptly.

🔹 Other Concerns
If you’re unhappy with your experience, reach out to us. While refunds are not guaranteed, we’re always willing to listen and offer support where possible.

What’s Not Covered

To maintain the integrity of our services, refunds will not be issued if:

  • You’ve changed your mind after purchase

  • You didn’t read the full product description

  • You’ve already downloaded or accessed the content

  • There is evidence of misuse, duplicate refunds, or fraudulent claims
