Why I Created This

I know that many people are struggling right now.

With the rising cost of living, private therapy and face-to-face support can feel out of reach for so many.

That sat heavily on my heart.

So I created this gentle workshop as a more affordable starting point for those who need support,

guidance, and practical tools — but may not be able to access regular appointments right now.

This is not about replacing medical or psychological care.
It is about giving you a safe, supportive place to begin.

About Susette

Hi, I’m Susette Jarvis.

I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Reiki Master, EFT Practitioner, and Energy Healer.

Through my own healing journey and years of supporting others, I have learned that anxiety is not something we simply “think” our way out of.

True healing often begins when we feel safe enough to gently release what the mind and body have been holding.

My role is not to “fix” you.
My role is to teach you tools so you can begin becoming your own healer.

How It Works

This is a recorded online workshop, so you can watch it at a time that suits you.

Once you join, you will receive access to the workshop and can move through

it in your own space, at your own pace.

You may wish to have:
