When Nikola Tesla said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration,” he wasn’t speaking only to scientists. He was speaking to every one of us — because this idea touches every part of our lives, from our thoughts and emotions to the world around us.
Today, I’d love to help you understand this beautiful concept in a simple, grounded way. Once you understand it, you begin to see yourself — and your healing — through a completely different lens.
At the deepest level, the entire universe is made of energy.
Even the solid things you touch are made of particles moving so quickly that they appear still.
What does that mean for you?
It means:
Your thoughts carry energy.
Your emotions carry energy.
Your body responds to energy.
The spaces around you hold energy.
Other people affect you through their energy.
This is why you can “sense” tension in a room before anyone speaks, or why certain places feel peaceful the moment you walk in.
Your body is constantly reading energy, even when your mind is busy.
A frequency is simply the speed at which energy moves.
Every emotion has its own frequency:
Peace, gratitude, joy, compassion → higher frequency
Fear, anxiety, anger, guilt → lower frequency
There is no judgement here — all emotions are part of being human.
But understanding frequency helps you recognise:
why certain feelings feel heavy
why certain thoughts drag you down
why some people feel uplifting
why healing practices shift your mood so quickly
When you meditate, breathe deeply, use affirmations, practise EFT, or rest… you are literally changing your frequency.
Your body responds.
Your mind softens.
Your energy lifts.
Your vibration is your energetic “signature” at any moment.
You’ve felt this many times:
Someone walks into a room and instantly brings warmth.
Someone else enters and you sense tension or discomfort without a word being spoken.
That’s vibration.
Your vibration influences:
how you feel
how you think
how others respond to you
what situations you attract
what opportunities flow toward you
It’s not magic — it’s alignment.
Your inner state shapes your outer experience.
When you work on your emotional and spiritual wellbeing, you are doing far more than “managing stress.”
You are:
shifting stuck energy
raising your frequency
healing old patterns
strengthening your vibration
creating internal safety
aligning your mind, body, and soul
This is why healing feels powerful.
It’s why you notice positive changes in your mood, your relationships, and even your physical wellbeing.
When your vibration changes… your world responds.
You do not need to be high-vibration all the time.
You are human, and feeling deeply is part of your journey.
But every time you choose:
a calming breath
grounding
meditation
rest
compassion
forgiveness
gratitude
presence
…you raise your frequency gently.
Healing is not a single moment.
It is a series of tiny choices that shift your vibration softly, day by day.
And those small choices change everything.
